how do i make a poll?

Hello,
i like to post a lot on the suggestions page because i have a lot of ideas on what minecraft should add, cut, and change. the one thing i want to know is how to make a poll. i want to know exactly how everyone feels about my ideas and i think if i add in polls to my suggestions, people may post more on my thread. if you know, please let me know how A.S.A.P!
