Hello, I don't because I believe that if you eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit/veges, and lean protein, good carbs and healthy fats, and you don't under-eat, then you should be getting enough vitamins. I also find it confusing that some nutritional info shows the amount in actual figures, but most show the amount as a percentage. I'm certainly not dumb, but can't be bothered working out what the percentage is for those where it is shown as a figure. Any help appreciates
